Automation of liquid fertilizer application aystem in a direct drill machine

چکیده
An automation system was designed to measure and monitor the amount of liquid fertilizer sprayed on a direct drill machine with ability apply fertilizer. The clogging spray nozzles is common problem in machines. objective detect clogged during application allow tractor driver discharged this system. It gives visual warning when flow zero. Flow sensors are mounted machine. operated at 540 rpm PTO speed. A total 30 measurements were taken from each sensor 3 replications. actual volume found collected scaled vessels that placed under spraying measured obtained sensors. calibration curve created by performing regression analysis vessels. At same time, real compared t-test analyzed whether there statistically p< 0.05 difference between measurements. As result measurements, slightly higher than volume. mean calculated as 0.17 liters standard deviation 0.08 liters. shows high linear relationship coefficient R2= 0.947. since p=0.012 (p<0.05) independent two-way t-test, it determined no statistical
